Here's a quick 5 load swallow.
Adding up my gokkun experience with my frequent one-off swallows or several frozen load swallows, I added up of the loads I've consumed (yes, I keep track mostly) I counted 337 loads. Give or take a few dozen probably. How does that compare with other enthusiasts?
